References

"I am so impressed with "Northeastern Brazilian Rhythms for Drum set." Eduardo  has captured the feel, techniques and sounds of Brazil! You will enjoy the adventure and step into a beautiful culture where music is a major influence! I am still learning from the book and look for more fun rhythms to play!" DOM FAMULARO (Drumming's Global Ambassador)

"Northeastern Brazil carries one of the richest musical traditions in the whole Country. Pernambuco in particular is the land of Baião, Frevo, Maracatu and many more wonderful rhythms. Eduardo did a fantastic job in studying and exposing those obscure and enchanting rhythms from Pernambuco and Bahia". DUDUKA DA FONSECA (Grammy Nominated Artist, Drummer, Educator)

"Most people, if they have any basic knowledge of Brazilian music, only know Bossa Nova and Samba. But there is tremendous variety in BrazilÂ’s music. Eduardo has taken the lesser known Northeastern Brazilian styles and show how incredibly rich and funky they are. Now drummers have some new inspiration (and homework) to draw from as he brings out this great and challenging tradition and makes it fun to play. Vamos Embora !!!" BOBBY SANABRIA (Grammy Nominated Artist, Drummer, Educator)

"Eduardo has written an excellent and extremely helpful book. With his clear adaptations of the percussion parts to the drumset, every drummer will find this book an invaluable resource. Great Work!" MICHAEL LAUREN (Author, Drummer, International Educator)
